At WildHarvest, we offer a convenient subscription program so you never run out of your GutCleanse essentials. By subscribing, you agree to receive a 30-day supply of your selected product(s) every 30 days, with automatic billing to your chosen payment method.
Opt-In Transparency
Customers are given a clear option to subscribe or make a one-time purchase directly on each product page. This selection is also displayed again at both cart and checkout, ensuring full visibility before completing your order. By selecting "Subscribe & Save," you are agreeing to recurring monthly billing.
Post-Purchase Confirmation
Once your subscription order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your subscription details, billing schedule, next billing date, and how to manage your account.
Subscription Model
WildHarvest operates on a Subscribe & Save model. Your subscription will automatically deliver a fresh 30-day supply every 30 days, so you can stay consistent without needing to reorder manually. Your card will be charged every 30 days until you cancel.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Subscription Portal or by contacting our support team at info@trywildharvest.com. No cancellation fees. No phone calls required. Any changes made before your next billing date will apply to future orders. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Subscription Rebill Refund Policy
Subscription rebill orders are NOT eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
Refunds for subscription rebill orders are only available if ALL of the following are met:
- The rebill order has not shipped yet. Once a subscription order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is not eligible for a refund.
- You contact us at info@trywildharvest.com within 24 hours of being charged.
- If the order has already shipped, you may return the unopened product at your own expense. A $4 restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
"I didn't know I was subscribed" is not grounds for a refund. Subscription terms are clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase, in your order confirmation email, and in your Subscription Portal where you can cancel at any time.
If you no longer want to receive monthly shipments, cancel your subscription before your next billing date through your Subscription Portal. We cannot issue refunds for rebill orders that shipped because the subscription was not canceled in time.
