Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)
We want every customer to have a fair experience with WildHarvest GutCleanse. To qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- You must have used the product as directed for a minimum of 14 consecutive days. Both Step 1 (Wormwood-Clove Blend) and Step 2 (Fulvic Acid) must have been used together as instructed.
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date by emailing info@trywildharvest.com with your order number.
- The product must have been opened and used. Unused, unopened, or sealed products do not qualify for a satisfaction guarantee refund. This is a results-based guarantee, not a change-of-mind return policy.
- Each customer is eligible for one satisfaction guarantee refund. Repeat orders from the same customer or household that have already received a refund are not eligible.
What Does NOT Qualify:
- "I changed my mind" or "I don't want it anymore" — this is not a free trial or a return policy. It is a satisfaction guarantee for customers who used the product and did not see results.
- "It shipped from China" or "shipping took too long" — delivery timelines are listed on our shipping policy page. Shipping origin does not affect product quality.
- Requesting a refund before trying the product.
- Requesting a refund without providing an order number.
Refunds for Recurring Subscription Orders
All WildHarvest GutCleanse purchases include automatic monthly refills. When you place your order, you are enrolled in our subscription program. Your card will be charged every 30 days until you cancel. This is disclosed at checkout, a reminder email, and on the page before you complete your purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time — before your next rebill — through your Subscription Portal at no cost. No cancellation fees. No phone calls. You are in full control.
Subscription rebill orders are NOT eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
Refunds for subscription rebill orders are only available if ALL of the following are met:
- The rebill order has not shipped yet. Once a subscription order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is not eligible for a refund.
- You contact us at info@trywildharvest.com within 24 hours of being charged.
- If the order has already shipped, you may return the unopened product at your own expense. A $4 restocking fee applies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
"I didn't know it was a subscription" is not grounds for a refund. Subscription terms are clearly disclosed at checkout before purchase, in your order confirmation email, and in your Subscription Portal where you can cancel at any time.
If you no longer want to receive monthly shipments, cancel your subscription before your next billing date through your Subscription Portal. We cannot issue refunds for rebill orders that shipped because the subscription was not canceled in time.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@trywildharvest.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@trywildharvest.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience using the product. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@trywildharvest.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unopened, with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
